Baozi and singing with friends

My first attempt at making buns.  Not a great technique.

Very excited about my first attempt to make baozi

from no recipes.  I had a little trouble pinching

the buns off at the top as you can see in the top

image, but they tasted really good.  Now all I need

is practice.

Then Ebe sang a little of her favorite.

Funny thing about caves...

They are dark.

Experimental Music at the Library

Some footage of Jace's performance at the Cincinnati Public Library.

Shouldn't have sat under the speaker while recording!

Three Drink Kid

Who is that puttering around the house in a blanket?

Home Vibes

This weekend Jace and I decided to camp out downstairs by the fire and watch movies.

Jace's latest project, spray painting the tv the color 'biscuit.'

Can you tell what we were watching?

Spent most of today home reading C. P. Snow's article on Balzac.

Then Jace and I walked to the bookstore downtown and I bought

Jonathan Kozol's Savage Inequalities: Children in America's Schools.
